Shipping is free for orders to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands from € 50. 

Due to logistics costs, these amounts are valid only for shipments to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. For other areas and for international shipments, contact us and we will confirm the shipping costs.

Payment system

You can pay by credit card, and by bank transfer.

In case of paying by bank transfer, once we receive the payment confirmation, we will send you your order as soon as possible for you to enjoy.

Returns

All of our Fortune Cats can go home if you are not convinced. If when you have it in your hands you feel that you might have preferred another model, send us an email to info @ fortunecat.es , and we will send a courier to pick it up at no cost to you. The product must be returned in perfect condition and with the packaging intact.

The time limit to request a change will be 15 days from the date of the order.

The product must be returned with the original packaging intact.
If you live in Barcelona, come to our store and we will make the change directly.
